poor customer service had to get another room due to air conditioning, not working didn’t get to stay in the beachfront room that I paid for had to switch to another room that had twin beds. this ruined My anniversary trip manager on site only offered me the resort fee, but didn’t offer me my money back for me having to go to another room that I did not pay for…. The hotel is old and rusted down hose in the ceiling. Breakfast is nasty. You have to pay for eggs and bacon. They only offer you free breakfast that’s dread and bagels AND ITS SO HOT IN THERE ((NEVER AGAIN))

There is NO WHERE TO PARK HERE!!! Everybody i asked had a diferent suggestion which basically none of them were great... Didnt know building hotels this size with no parking was even a thing... took most of 2 hours to find a spot and in the morning at 7 am i was forced to leave that spot because there was a crane coming in to work on the hotel on the other side of the park i had to pay to park at. So after loading up the parking meter at 7am i was forced to move and due to no place to park i had to check out at 7am.... I wouldnt wish this nightmare on anyone. Most of the staff speaks no english so its hard to get any help.... first visit to miami and probably my last.... yuck

This was the worst experience I have ever encounter. False advertisement is the best description for this stay. I did not have a private balcony. The furniture was very old and falling apart. The balcony door didn't lock. I had to complain that I wouldn't feel safe with broken door. there was grass growing out of the concrete on the balcony. I paid for the Deluxe Oceanfront king with a private Balcony but got a rundown room with two double beds with the boxspring falling apart. We went to the front desk immediately after entering the room to complain to the manager which we were told was not there and would be back in the morning at 9 am which was a lie. We never spoke with Kay the manager but did speak with Melinda the front desk supervisor who explained to us that the room that my fiance Chantay Davis paid for was downgraded to a Terrance verison of balcony but was still charged the total of $265.62 for the Deluxe price. The pictures online doesn't come close to what Chantay paid for on May 30th 2025. It was her birthday get away weekend on the beach in a ocean front kingsize bed with a private balcony room which turned out to be a nightmare in a dump. The person at the front desk who checked us in.Tried to find us the room that we paid for but could not find any available.She checked another room but it was freshly painted and the fumes along would be dangerous for us to stay in.The Front desk supervisor told Chantay that the $34.20 property tax would be refunded not true
The locks were broken and wouldn't lock. The front desk person who checked us in said none of the patio sliding doors locked.
The balcony was not private grass was growing through the concrete
The trash can was rusted from water damage.The floor wasn't vacuumed

The air conditioner to our room ran all night but even with the thermostat set at 60 in an attempt to cool off the room it never dropped below 76-77. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was sub par. You had to pay for any egg product and there was no protein offered.

I was gifted a stay at this hotel for Mother’s Day. I enjoyed the amenities of the hotel and how close it was to beach. I would give it 5 stars except for the parking situation. No on site parking and you have to find public parking which is an inconvenience.

Many rooms including ours had A/Cs that were not cooling at all. Maintenance indicated that they would probably not cool. TV had no signal. Bathrooms at the pool area were disgustingly dirty. Lobby at the hotel where we had to wait for check in was probably over 100 degrees. Friends of ours staying at the property had a large part of the ceiling of their room falling over them. Hotel has no parking.
