Little hidden gem, not on the beach but nearby. 2 pools plus a kids pool, restaurant and pool bar. Small hotel with big hotel features. Much nicer than the mega hotels. Rooms recently renovated and painted. They are currently working through hotel and I would estimate 95% done with finishing touches happening now.

We stayed in the apartment and it was perfect. Very clean, pools were great, and staff was excellent. Our favourite was Armando at the pool. Only thing was the apartment was never gone through for housekeeping, so we kept having to go ask for refills of TP, water, hand soap etc. Perhaps I was supposed to request? Otherwise it was great and I would highly recommend.

The apartment with terrace was better than expected. The staff were extremely friendly. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with everything needed for a very relaxing vacation. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, fruit, eggs, hotcakes, Mexican traditional dish and a custom coffee machine! The staff helped with any transportation needs we may have.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the entire staff is very friendly. The only thing I recommend is cleaning the main pool more often. Out of the six days we were there, it was only cleaned once, before the end of our stay it was too dirty. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel.

The property is a good option for the price. The parking isn't great since they have ongoing construction. I parked in the street every night, but it was within a 30 second walk of the hotel so it wasn't bad. The breakfast was great and the pool area is beautiful. Strongly recommend staying.

Originally put into an inferior queen size suite. We had booked a king suite. Having a way to keep beveages cold would be a necessity in a hot climate! The included breakfast was really quite good! We had an issue with the toilet seat, which was not addressed satisfactorily! The Air conditioning unit worked well although the remote control was mostly inoperable!

We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return. It was a bit strange to see ants inside the rooms, but you quickly realize it's just Mexico, not something exclusive to the hotel. Everyone was friendly and when necessary we could communicate through translation apps. The only issue we had were the party buses driving by late into the night/early morning while blasting music. (This didn't bother me, but my brother was on the 1st floor and said it kept him up.)

Las habitaciones son muy buenas aunque por fuera no lo parece. Las piscinas están muy agradables. El bar tiene buen servicio pero en ocasiones por atender el restaurante dejaban solo. La habitación estuvo muy bien , cómoda , limpia , solo que ha q subir varias escaleras. Son dos hoteles cada uno enfrente , tienes q cruzar la calle para pasar al otro donde está la mejor alberca y donde se toma el desayuno que incluye . No tiene estacionamiento se puede dejar en la calle que es seguro .
