Very nice and modern room. Excellent location, close to train terminal, buses, metro, restaurants; and within walking distance (+- 25 min) to a bunch of landmarks. Very quick response and assistance from the owner when we had questions. I would return to this place on a future visit to Rome.

The room is in excellent condition, clean and a very comfortable bed. Super convenient since it’s 2 blocks away from the Termini. Plus, the owner answers your questions very quickly and all these details make your visit a very enjoyable experience.

Location is fantastic as it is a 5 minute walk to the Rome Termini station. The room was very comfortable, sufficiently large and clean with a small lockbox, mini fridge and decent high speed wifi. As the proprieter of this B and B does not stay there, they give you the details to enter the apartment via email and WhatsApp. So be sure to let them know when you're arriving and to contact them for the details if you don't have them on the day of arrival. I was impressed with the use of IOT and the web app to manage the property. They are very responsive to messages though and resolved any questions I had quickly and in a timely manner. Fantastic stay and great value for money.

Great place walking distance to train station

Walking distance (literally 2 minutes) from Stazione a termini, this place is ideal to stay before leaving the next morning. Check in was smooth and instructions were clear and timely. The room and bathroom were very clean and the AC worked like a charm. We would definitely stay again.
