The apartment is located smack dab in the middle of everything. Steps away from Santa Justa lift and next to Starbucks. Everything including the Rossio,tram stops,metro and variety of restaurants close by. Easy walk to praca de Commercio. We really enjoyed the apartment. Two bedrooms and two washrooms. The towels were big bath towles and toilet paper paper good quality,both of which mattered a lot and made the apartment more like home. Ando team was responsive and our requests were met including allowing us to check in early. I would recommend contacting them through whatsapp for fast responses rather than through the hotels.com portal. The only thing I would request is that the pillows be plumper. My husband with his neck issues found the flat pillows difficult to sleep on. We would definitely return when we next visit Lisbon.

Excellent location. Loved the welcome treats, the keyless access, the elevator, and it had everything we needed. Amazing how quiet it was with the windows closed! Slight hiccups - the bed was slightly small and the topper, while comfy, slipped off. The biggest issue is the shower floor is SLIPPERY! Tub stickers or a mat are much needed, especially because there is a shelf in the the perfect place to slip and hit one’s head.

Beautiful and comfortable, steps away from everything you want to visit on your first trip to Lisbon! Huge bed, wonderful shower (takes a little to warm up, but hey!) spacious elevator, really needed for a 3rd floor apartment. The neighborhood is gorgeous and full of life, with a long line of restaurantes on the walkable street, right under your windows, but quit as soon as the sun goes down. Highly recommendable! I would come back to this apartment anytime in the future.

1. You should probably get the apartment cleaned everyday 2. You should also change all the towels everyday 3. There ought to be some flexibility for a late check out or an affordable in house option to park one’s luggage without any extra charge. 4. Response time on communications could be better & faster.

Condo was amazing. Well located and safe. The only thing I didn’t like was the dood between the entrance and the room. I kept bumping into the door handler. Besides that it was a beautiful experience.

This little apartment was adorable. Modern yet in a vintage building. Lots of windows and light. High ceilings, cute kitchen that was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable. Nice bathrooms, Living area was spacious. Hardwood floors, 2 TVs (if you wanted to watch). Fun people watching from the property. No real downside, other than it could get loud late at night (as in after midnight) and the people on the floor above us were a little loud. But that wasn’t really an issue, as we were exploring the city. But of course that’s part of being in an apartment. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone (roomy enough for 2 couples, including privacy) wanting to visit Lisbon! Perfect location with restaurants, shopping and completely walkable.

First, on the day we were supposed to check in, we hadn’t received any instructions at all. I called the phone number listed on their page to get these details, but no one answered. Then I tried their WhatsApp number and only after sending two reminder messages did I finally get a response. Eventually, they told us we couldn’t check in until 3 PM. Now, I could understand that if they had asked for our flight times, I would have expected some prioritization. Plus, their page actually stated that check-in starts at 3, but our room still wasn’t ready even a couple of minutes past 3. Also, they didn’t provide a place to leave our luggage; instead, they directed us to a paid service nearby. We ended up paying 14 euros just to leave two carry-on bags for a few hours. When we finally got into the apartment, the two coffee cups they left for us to use were covered in fingerprints. I took a photo and shared it with them, and they did apologize. On top of that, the TV remote wasn’t working at all, and I reported that as well, which got me another apology. The air conditioning didn’t work, and I had to use a fan to cool the room. In the middle of the night, I woke up cold and had to repeat the whole process. I messaged them via WhatsApp before going to sleep, but they only replied in the morning. That’s how I realized there was no emergency support if something went wrong at night. They did fix the AC the next day, but when we came back that evening, the digital entry system failed.
