Old furnishing, sofa, bedding and towels etc were sparse and looked very worn out. The apartment was not clean and floor was sticky we had to wear footwear during the stay. Checking in was easy, but note that the mailbox locks dont work so anyone can get in or out of your room easily and you will have no clue. Location is great. Parking is ample and great.

This property is located in a LARGE apt/ condo building. You will be mixing with many different people in the common areas. The management are excellent at communications. The pool are is expansive. It could use a bit of upkeep The suite I stayed in was large and decently equipped. Some of the furnishings are showing some wear and taar, but nothing was broken Overall it is a good value. Easy access to groceries and restaurants. Grab is accessible to get you to points of interest.

The property is old and need some update. There is only 3 elevator for 41 floors so be prepared to wait during peak hours. Traffic was really congested around the area so it takes a while for Grab to arrived.

The properly is quite run down with many broken things: - the sofa is badly stained and smell bad - 2 out of 6 chairs are broken - both fob keys not working - toilet papers not provided - tissue papers not provided - exhaust fan in both bathrooms not working resulting in misty and damp environment that encourages mould to grow - towels not provided at check in and provided when requested - floor is dirty throughout the whole house. We didn't want to wear shoes in the house but it was not to be bare feet in the house. Although prompt actions were taken when problems were reported, small details like that shouldn't be overlooked for incoming guests causing unnecessary inconvenience. Last thing - kitchen utensils can do with a bit of upgrade 😀. Small details make a lot of differences in experience.
