the hotel is located in the heart of the city in Getsemaní, walkable everywhere. The staff is friendly and always happy to help, thanks to Katherine, Rene, Adonis, Joanna, Laury and so... the place is beautiful. The city amazing. Just take care with local people trying to sell tours to Islands or places. We had the worst experience although we ask help from the hotel.

Loved staying in Osh ! Is very close to main tourist points , walkable in less than 10 minutes to the clock tower and where the boats leave for the beach tours . Many restaurants near . The food in the hotel is top class , very clean and super nice staff .
