One of the highlights of our stay was the welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable. Our room was tastefully decorated, though it lacked natural light and ventilation. The shower was excellent, and the bed very comfortable, with power sockets on both sides. A turndown service is listed in the facilities, but we never experienced it, mot a problem for us. We weren’t made aware of the listed pillow menu. The rooms weren’t soundproofed, but noise from showers/birdsong wasn’t intrusive. The hairdryer was great, with both a nozzle and diffuser. One bottle of water was provided, and we bought more at a nearby shop for 6 MAD for 1.5l (convenient and cheaper than the hotel). The tea and coffee supplies weren’t replenished during our stay, and no spare toilet roll was provided. We easily requested a replacement, but it’s unusual for a quality hotel. The Riad features 2 beautiful indoor courtyards and a peaceful roof terrace, with comfortable furniture. Some listed facilities, like a pool table, self-serve laundry, and mobile key entry, weren’t available or mentioned. We tried the evening meal, but the atmosphere lacked, and the food wasn’t as good as other places we visited. The WiFi was excellent. The (paid) hotel transfer was prompt/reliable. The Riad is a 15-minute walk from the main square, near the Saadian tombs. It’s in a quiet, pleasant location but still close to the Medina. Overall is an oasis of calm, and the staff were friendly and attentive.

My stay was wonderful. The place, the staff, the food, the room... everything was perfect. I recommend staying here with my eyes closed. You will be very well treated. Plus: highly recommend the spa experiences, they are one of a kind. Best hammam bath ever!

All staff were friendly and service was great, they treat us with so much care and respect. The whole experience felt as if we were celebrating an especial occasion. The hotel features and decorations were beautiful and very original. I wish I could have stayed another night in the amazing looking spa the hotel has but hopefully in another opportunity.

Good experience overall. Very well decorated hotel, clean and good location. The staffs are friendly. One thing we were disappointed was that we arranged breakfast to take away on the last day as we needed to leave early, confirmed a couple of time the day before, but there was nobody at reception in the morning to find. We waited over 10 minutes and we had to leave. Not pleasant experience as it changed our day and plan.

Dette var en drøm av et sted! Alt var bare vakkert! Så mange vakre detaljer - overalt! Estetikken var helt perfekt, og folkene som jobbet her var varme, hjelpsomme og veldig hyggelige. Det var eventyrlig å våkne opp til fuglesang fra de tamme hus-fuglene som ønsker deg velkommen med sang, og se utover det vakre rommet som var pyntet med rosenblader. Frokosten på terrassen var idyllisk og beliggenheten til riaden var helt perfekt for å utforske gamlebyen. Anbefales!

This Riad gets the kind of reviews it gets for a reason! It is a dream of a place! It may not look like much from the outside, when the front door is closed, but when you come in, one marvellous sight after another comes into view. The aesthetics of this place are so lovely! And the people who work there are so kind! The location is perfect. The delight, though, is in the details - from the ornate silver bins to the rose petals on the loo seat! Everything is meant to delight! Even the little house birds that come to sing you a welcome song. Delightful!

We had an excellent 5 day stay here, from arrival to leaving all staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t do enough to make sure the stay was pleasant. It’s a pretty new Riad not a hotel and has been painstakingly renovated to a high standard. Could have do with coffee/tea making facility in the room and a fridge. Would recommend.

The staff really make this place special beyond all other places I have stayed. They are good at what they do, but they are also really friendly, attentive in an open and honest way… the smiles are real and they always go that extra mile to make you feel at home. The riad itself is lovely and of an excellent standard - strong hot showers, spotlessly clean rooms, really comfy beds, and a great breakfast. It has also managed to retain the historical beauty of a traditional riad, while also retaining a sense of family. Someone has put a lot of thought into this business. It is in the Kasbar area of the old town, so it is close to so many wonderful places to see, and some really good street food close by. I had planned on returning to the city next year and trying another riad, but now the Riad Almisk is the only place I will stay in future when I visit the city. I don’t care what fancy things the best hotels have, as they cannot beat what the Riad Almisk has, which is soul.

This was my our first time to Morocco and decided to stay in a Riad. After reading reviews, we selected Riad Almisk. We were very pleased. Mustafa our daily servicer or any additional needs, was truly amazing!!! Abdul at the front desk was also great! I would recommend this Riad. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating.

The Riad Almisk was a gem of a find located in the Kasbah area of Marrakech and within easy walking distance to the Jemaa el Fna. There are only 10 rooms and the 2 we had were a really high standard- very spacious, clean and with great facilities (including a kettle and TV). we had a tour with Karim who was excellent and very friendly- they have a very nice spa area for a hamman (steam and massage) though we didn't have time unfortutnately. They provided a welcoming mint tea on the rooftop terrace which is lovely and this was also where we had an excellent breakfast. Karim organised transport which was very good standard too and they took our party on the 3 hour driver to the coast at a reasonable cost. I would definitely stay here again - Shukran
