It did not look safe at all. We were so far away from the city center. We checked in. No lobby, no elevator, and the room was so hard to find. When we go into the room. There was no bathroom. Just a sink. It reminded us of a prison. We looked up another hotel and left. The hotel already charged me when I booked the room. So I couldn't get my money back. Worst hotel expertnce of my life.

Worst “hotel” ever! Bedbugville!

What a disgrace hotels.com to steal peoples money like this. We have used hotels.com many times before, satisfied, and this time we were just looking for a bed in Alsace on our way to Annecy. To get som sleep before we had to go in the car again. Therefore we went with a cheap solution, in the thought that hotels.com only put their name to decent places. It was awful, and you should remove the place from your services ASAP and transfer the money back. The rooms were so disgusting and full of bedbugs. We went into the room and drove off again after 5 minutes. It’s a terrible place and you should NEVER advertise for a place like this. I would rather sleep on the street!!! We had 2 rooms with a distance inbetween, and both were full of bedbugs!

HORRIBLE

My stay was absolutely horrible. We arrived and he could not find my booking. Than we were confronted with bed bugs. Asked to change the room and we did and that room had bed bugs. It was too late to change hotels. They were people hanging around and being loud at all hours of the night.

Expérience inacceptable

L'hôtel était infecte : des draps sales, des punaises de lit, des serviettes dans un état pitoyable, et j'en passe. Ce n'est pas un hôtel convenable. Je suis toujours en attente de mon remboursement, car ce n'était vraiment pas possible de dormir là-bas, nous avons dû changer d'hôtel en dernière minute sachant que nous sommes arrivés tard, nous avons couru dans tous les sens, perdu du temps et de l'argent. Ce n'est vraiment pas normal de proposer ce genre d'hôtel.

Bei Ankunft lungerten überall Männer im Garten und am Parkplatz rum. Es ist ein Asylheim und kein Hotel. Den Gestank riecht man über die Hauptstrasse hinüber. Der Check in dauerte ca 30min und wurde mit Post it Zettel gemacht. Die Zimmertüre war schon halb aus den Angeln. Mini zimmer wo sofort die Atmenmuft fehlt für 3 Personen. Klo und Bad haben wir nicht verwendet so ekelig. Wir haben keine der 3 gebuchten Nächte übernachtet. Da es laut war und wir (Mutter mit 2 kleinen Kindern) angst hatten sind wir nachts wieder aufgebrochen und lieber 3 Stunden wieder nach Hause gefahren. Eine Zumutung ist dass. Ein Urlaub, der zu einer Unfassbaren Zumutung wurde wo man an seine Grenzen stößt. Der Gestank des Asylheims hängt in Kleidung Haaren überall drin HORROR

Bonjour, Il y a déjà eu un problème à l'enregistrement , j'avais payé en ligne , on a voulu me faire repayer le séjour, j'ai refusé heureusement j'avais des preuves de paiement avec moi.... ensuite dans la chambre , la télé ne fonctionnait pas.....quand aux douches, elles étaient franchement sales.....h^tel éloigné du centre ville , mal desservi par les transports en communs, restaurants et commerces éloignés à pied....

La posizione per visitare Colmar sarebbe anche buona, peccato che le camere non siano dotate di bagno. Docce e wc sono nel corridoio in comune con le camere del piano. Errore mio che non ho letto fino all'ultima riga della descrizione. Non è compresa la biancheria(se volete vi vendono gli asciugamani) La zona per la colazione è un tavolo a ridosso del bancone della reception. Insomma, non ci tornerei.
