Getting to the hotel is tricky. They will email you the directions before arrival. Other than that everything was exceptional especially the breakfast, too many options to choose from. Hotel provided clear instructions to find the reception (perhaps this was in response to the people who had issues finding it - we had no problems getting from the Odawara Shinkansen platform to the Hotel reception).
