what a beautiful hotel!! Everything about it is wonderful. Cannot go wrong with the beautiful rooftop bar- definitely see the water and downtown. Beautiful robes for use in your room and parking was a breeze! we will definitely be staying here again!

A Hidden Gem

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Verdant. The hotel is an old department store that has been tastefully and beautifully restored. The rooms were small but very well designed and had everything you'd need for an enjoyable stay. Be sure to check out the roof top deck-the views are amazing, and the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. we tried The Maple Table next door for breakfast which was delicious. Everyone we encountered during our stay was friendly, and helpful. What a great place to stay in Racine.

Beautiful hotel. My only two comments deal with no real onsite parking. There is a small parking lot across the street but was full both times we wanted to pop back to the hotel for a quick minute. We had to park around the block at the second parking lot that was a bit more secure, but not as easy to access. Secondly, the rooms are beautiful; however, the first time we stayed, we had a very large room. Expecting the same style of room for the same price, we booked a second stay; however, this time time room was roughly 1/2 have the size for the same price. Very small and not a lot of room on either side of the bed. One side didn't have a night stand and I could not even walk beside it without turning sideways. The hotel is fantastic and these issue could be very minor to some. We will definitely be back, but we will need to call before we arrive to make sure we have the larger room that we can actually walk around in.

My experience at the Hotel Verdant in Racine, WI, has been wonderful thanks to Nia! Traveling from New York, our plans were altered due to a family emergency, and Nia went above and beyond to assist me with my reservation. She was welcoming, helpful, caring, and kind. Nia is a true asset to the hotel. I will definitely stay there again because of the hotel's pleasant, clean, and friendly atmosphere, and especially because of Nia! Thank you for everything you did for my family during this difficult time. One person can make all the difference and Nia definitely did that for my family
