We liked the friendly and kind staff. The hotel is relatively brand new so sometimes we had trouble telling the location to drivers, who didn’t know the name of Hotel Tano. I hope this hotel gets known.

Wonderful customer service. Everyone from Front Desk to Housekeeping to the Bell Man were welcoming and friendly. The vibe is cook with beautiful minimalist aesthetics. Loved the comfortable beds and pillows and especially the mini freezer and fridge in the room.

Recently renovated business hotel. They are still doing work and the outside needed finishing but inside all was nice. Great value, comfortable beds and excellent gym.

Hotel was decent. I heard it used to be a not so pleasant hotel, but they did a good job on the renovation. The closet sliding door bottom track looks dirty, but the tracks are rusty. The bathroom is good except you see spots of rust in the shower area. Water pressure is great! I asked one of the housekeeper, I think she’s young. I wanted the room vacuumed, and she used a broom instead. The place is great when you want to jest on out quick instead of those big hotels that take time on the elevator. I had a rental car and parking is alright. It’s not a hotel that the beach is outside, it’s a walk to the beach, which isn’t too far depend on the beach you’re going to.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, specially at front desk Room is so comfortable with nice bed, amenities, shower. Specially the pressure of water and water temperature are fantastic! One thing which I want them to change is the car parking. sometimes very hard to find the spot Otherwise I had a pleasant stay and can recommend to others!!!

I love its Japanese minimalist style, just gray, black, & white. It's quiet and has a small convenience store right behind front desk reception. It's near as well to a lot of restaurant options, just walkable and/or you can drive out too. They offer transpo dropoff to Micronesia Mall & TFS Galleria and some other store outlet, but just a one-way dropoff no pick-up. There are taxis around though.
