Great GREAT stay!

Our stay was FANTASTIC! The hotel was in pristine condition, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the amenities (pool/gym) were as advertised! Absolute great stay! Only downfall was the communication — almost non-existent prior to arriving, but once on site, they were very VERY good!

Smart Brickell hotel

Stayed here for 10 nights. Lovely hotel! All management were very nice and helpful. Spacious rooms and very modern. Would 10/10 stay here again. Very great location as well. The hotel was also very quiet– no issue sleeping at night. Also, the rooftop pool was beautiful. Loved that there were chairs there to tan in the sun as well. My boyfriend enjoyed the sauna in the hotel too. Only things I would say could be better is the communication between the hotel and costumers before arriving to the hotel. I didn’t hear back when I messaged for about 4 or 5 days. I was getting a little worried. Also, the pool hours are only 8a-8p which I think is too early to close. As we were travellers, we didn’t get back until after 8 most nights. This limited our ability to use the pool like we would have liked.

Very clean and spacious rooms with everything you need as kitchen supplies, dishwasher and also washing machine and dryer. Service in the room was great, pool and gym also very nice. We never received any vouchers to breakfast and from what I understood this should have been included atleast for 1-2 times. The women at the coffee shop was very friendly each morning. When checking out, I asked for leaving my bag which I could but you had to stored them yourself behind a desk and no one checked when you picked them up that your receipt matched your bags, literally anyone could take any bag. That did not feel safe leaving your bags like that.

Way too long check in process. Difficult communicating English at times with front desk. No TV in bedroom. TV was not intuitive how to use. Good Location. Felt safe, lots of people around. Very close to restaurants and Metro Mover and other Public transportation. Clean and comfortable room. Very good included breakfast. Internet was good. Suite very sparse which is ok but did not look like the pictures on website in my opinion.

We stayed here one night before we laft for a cruise. We had a condo rioom and it was very spacious and clean. Location was good, we were able to walk to gas stations and Publix and restaurants. Would stay again!

Great stay!

I stayed 3 nights here with my parents before a family cruise. We had a spacious room/mini apartment; clean, modern and with great AC. Beds were comfortable. We loved the outdoor pool, and the central location (5 minutes walk to Brickell station). When we visited the area was quiet and felt safe. Our only complaint was the receptionist - or rather the booking system. We had trouble checking in (they couldn’t find our reservation) and therefore made sure to explain that we had TWO bookings. After our second day we got back to find our key cards not working and a pretty brisk receptionist telling us off for not checking out. They did however apologize after realizing their mistake. All in all, would definitely stay here again!
