Great for a one night stay!

Comfortable beds, and comfortable distance from the central station. Overall an old place with little else to offer. Also, the WC was shared and in the hallway. Definately served our needs for the one night on our interrail trip!

Location is great in terms of food, shopping and transport. Lots of greasy folks wandering the street, yelling and screaming all hours of the night. Didnt feel safe after dark, dirty and lots of graffiti.

Paid for two nights after one night the manager knocked on my door and asked me kindly to leave because of check out time i told him that i paid for two nights and he checked it out and apologized. Then there was dirty towels also i would personally not recommend this hotel not professional staff.

The staff was really helpful. However, noise could be heard from the street throughout the night. Also, there is no elevator, so be aware that you will have to drag your luggage up multiple flights of stairs to get to your room.

Well located for the main station and cheap for central Hamburg, but with that clearly come some drawbacks. The hotel is accessed by a fairly steep staircase. And although there are sink and shower in each room the toilet is shared - partly my fault for misreading the property details when I booked, not to have spotted that. But my room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and overall it met my needs

This place is near hauptbahnhof in a gay area .. we had a room with shower .. not great, but fine .. the corridor was smelly because of a sewer problem I guess. The staff is nice . The mattress a kinda hard.. outside there was some noise of people.. if you don’t mind all this and only use the place to sleep. It’s good to stay

AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Room stank of cigarette smoke, made me deel sick. Was under the impression it was an en suite room, however, its a shared toilet and the shower was at the end of the of the bed The street rhis "hotel" was on was eeally roufh and would not reccomend walking alone as there are junkies and prostitutes all aeound the area The only positive was that it was 5 minutes away from the rrain station

Crappy room with no toilet, shower in the middle of the room, this was not explained when we booked, and pictures of the room was misrepresented .. there vas alot of drug addicts and drunks, around the hotel. When we arrived there was alot of polise cars, and ambulanses in the stedets around the hotel. we just left to stay at another hotel..

Old place in a neighbour in which I felt not safe. Room needs heavy refurbishment - the shower was in a cabinet, bedsheets were stained. Paid a lot and had an unpleasant stay.

I did not like the room at all, the towels and the sheets were not clean. I only had a small soap and a bag of shampoo for the shower, because if I needed more I had to pay for it. The hotel staff was extremely rude and unwilling to help me, at night it was impossible to sleep due to the noise outside the street and there were two people knocking at my door and did not let me sleep. So, I am unsatisfied with my stay and therefore do not recommend this hotel at all.

Terrible experience!

I booking one night for one person. When I arrived there, and found there is no elevator to the third floor, jut by on very steep stairs reaching the office. And the room is no toilet, every floor has shared toilet, this was not what they put on the web, ( if you are the toilet or washroom sharing, you should write very clearly, right? Terrible experience.

Felaktig information

Hotellet hade tydligen ny ägare som inte hade full koll. Frukost var inte längre möjlig att köpa. I rummets garderob låg en jacka och handväska kvar som ingen visste vems det var. Det var rent och städat i rummet men för övrigt var det kanske inte mer att begära till det priset.
