Property is a nice budget option. Comfortable bed and hot shower, with good WiFi. Located is a few clocks from the metro Mackenzie stop and Rebublica station. Use good judgement at night but the area is reasonably safe for walking during the day and for foreigners, I would recommend Uber at night.

Great value for what you pay. You get a clean comfortable room with kitchenette, nice bathroom/shower. Not sure how good the walls are as it seems I never had immediate neighbor. Finishing is on the cheap side but new and clean. The NOISE though on Fri n Satsis just unbearable till 1am for the front rooms, so plan accordingly. Not really a smartApe, as though I filled out admission forms in advance with uploaded doc/selfie, still had to go through a length and tedious checkin process having to answer all these questions present docs again so why bother with the pre-checkin?! Dumb, definitely not smart.

Decent enough for the price.

I stayed at a suite but it was across a bar. It was too loud and this was in the afternoon on a weekday. I requested to change rooms and luckily they found me one but a smaller room. The neighbors are noisy as well. The suite was an average of ₱2500 (discounted) then the standard room was I think ₱2200 per night. You would hear knocking and stomping all throughout the evening. They don’t offer cleaning services because it’s an apartment. I stayed at 212. It was quieter but you can still hear loud music. The room is good. Liquid soap and dish soap were empty. They have a stove but you’re not allowed to cook and no kettle because the apartments are fully booked. For the price, you can’t really complain.

O quarto é impecável, tudo correto. O único “problema” é que a região é muito barulhenta, com zero acústica no quarto. A vizinhança tem muitos barzinhos que ficam com música alta até altas horas.

A equipe do Apê, foi muito gentil. O quarto estava arrumado e limpo. Acredito que permitem fumar dentro dos quartos e corredores, o que deixou um cheiro de cigarro horrivel nos corredores de acesso ao quarto. O cheiro do cigarro era tão forte, que o banheiro ficava horrivel, não sei se o sistema de ventilação, sugava o cheiro e jogava para dentro do quarto (precisamente no banheiro). Acredito que precisam melhorar isso urgentemente e fazer valer a regra que é proibido fumar em lugares fechados, pois o cheiro impregna e fica muito ruim para os outros hospedes, principalmente para aqueles que têm problemas respiratórios. O local fica em uma rua, com muitos bares e restaurantes, o que pode incomodar algumas pessoas, por conta do barulho, que segue madrugada adentro, mas para nós isso não foi problema. No mais, foi tudo bem dentro do esperado. Ele possui um bom custo beneficio e para quem não se importa em andar, ele fica próximo do metro e a uns 2km da Avenida Paulista.
