Overall, we loved it. The view from the balcony was the best part for me. It was right among the action of the city and I loved it. The amenities in the building were terrific. The pool, the gym, the hot tub - we enjoyed all of it an took so many pictures. You can catch the free Metromover just outside the building, who h we did, or it’s a 10 minute ride to Bayside Marketpkace. And the Miami Heat play basically across the street. The apartment was clean, the beds were great as were the showers. The only cons were that the internet did not work well so there was no way to watch anything on tv and operating the elevator was a little challenging sometimes. Most of the people we encountered were residents of the building - most of them rather wealthy. We would definitely visit again.

Apto muito bem localizado, com uma vista incrível da baía. Falta melhorar a limpeza dele. Chão sujo, embaixo das camas e do sofá é possível ver que não há limpeza. O microondas estava estragado. Solicitamos o reparo ou a troca. O anfitrião rapidamente respondeu, mas passados os 6 dias da nossa estadia ninguém foi arrumar.

Die Wohnung war super gelegen. Auch modern eingerichtet. ABER: als wir angekommen sind um ca halb vier am Nachmittag, haben wir ein ständiges piepsen gehört. Alle Minute. Es war der Feuermelder im Schlafzimmern. Wir haben dann auf der Nummer angerufen die wir bekommen haben. Die Dame meinte ja es kommt jemand vorbei. Wir warteten ca 2h. Niemand kam. Dann sind wir zum Empfang, diese Damen meinte heute kommt niemand mehr. Schon zu spät. Vlt einfach die Batterie raus nehmen. Haben wir dann gemacht. Am nächsten Tag hab ich dann eine email bekommen ob es ok ist, wenn jemand kommt und wir nicht im Zimmer sind. Ja kein Problem. Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs aber es war niemand in der Wohnung. Ich habe dann wieder eine Mail geschrieben bis heute noch keine Antwort. Also der Kundenservice ist unter aller Sau.

I förhållande till priset: Väldigt dålig säng och bäddsoffa. En nyckel till tre personer (avsett för fyra) blir väldigt bökigt. Vid ankomst fanns bara bäddset för två. Inga TV-kanaler på TV-apparaterna. Inte superbra städat vid ankomst, låg jordnötsskal på golvet bredvid soffan Poolen ligger i skuggan hela dagen. Mycket fungerade inte i fitness center, dåligt underhåll.

Faulty sink faucet leaked water all over the bathroom counter and all over the floor. Check-In and check-out process is also terrible. Inconsistencies with what is stated on Hotels.com page for what is required for checking in with this place and what they actually ask from you AFTER you reserve the room when you go to the link the property sends you.

À midi lors de notre arrivée on nous dit que le ménage de l’appartement est en train de se faire et nous ne pouvons obtenir notre appartement. De retour à 16h on nous dit encore que le ménage est en train de se faire et que nous recevrons bientôt la clé, après une attente interminable nous demandons à parler au manager lequel nous dit que nous n’avons pas de réservation, or nous avons bien en notre possession la confirmation écrite on nous alors que la réservation a été annulée et ce n’est pas par nous mais on ne peut nous dire qui a annulé. My room was not cleaned upon check in. There was dirt thrown under the duvet of the bedding and used/dirty napkins and garbage on the floors. The room was not move in ready. I had to wait over 6 hours (after 4 phone calls to the customer service line) for it to bed cleaned. The cleaner arrived and cleaned the room after waiting in the unit all day. She told me she had previously cleaned it but someone came in after and purposely trashed the room in attempt to get her fired. The dirt in the bed looked like some deliberately placed it there as it was a handful of soil sitting in the bed, under the sheets. I was not offered another room and lost out on a day of my stay dealing with absolute chaos. It has been 13 days of not being followed up with. No one has returned any of my phone calls or emails. I was told on my check in day I would be offered compensation for all of these issues and it seems like the owners have disappeared. While the building itself is great, I do not recommend renting from Global Luxury Suites at all.

Great location. The omniloop was right in front of the apartment. 24 hour front desk made me feel safe and secured. Check in was a breeze after completing the online portion. Laundry detergent, soap, shampoo, and dish soap was provided. The only thing I noticed was when you leave the apartment, you need the fob to lock it from the outside, otherwise your room will stay unlocked. I feel like it should automatically lock without using the fob. Also, some of the outlets weren't working and the only one that worked were near the bed.
