Faulty sink faucet leaked water all over the bathroom counter and all over the floor. Check-In and check-out process is also terrible. Inconsistencies with what is stated on Hotels.com page for what is required for checking in with this place and what they actually ask from you AFTER you reserve the room when you go to the link the property sends you.

This property has all the makings to be a wonderful ApartHotel accommodations. It’s not to my standard as far as cleanliness, once you check in you’re pretty much on your own, no one is checking in to see if you need anything or how your stay is going. You also need to replenish your own cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towel and if you need to wash your sheets or towels, you’ll have to do that yourself. And you’ll need to buy laundry detergent. The door does not close just by shutting it when you’re exiting, you have to scan your key card one to two times and check the handle to make sure that it locks securely. I learned this after leaving the door open for a full day and returning to discover this. Luckily, nothing happened as it is a relatively safe building however, you never know when there could be a rogue element at play. There is access to the parking garage on the very floor that you’re staying on and it would be so convenient to just park there and access your floor from there however, there is no instructions to do so nor access provided so You have to take the long way to and from your car if you have a Car Rental in the public parking garage. From a product development and quality standpoint, the apartments should be deep, cleaned and very sanitary. That will go a very long way for guest satisfaction. Also the Internet connection Was Shoddy

La habitación asignada estaba ocupada por otra persona. La persona del front desk le tuve que rogar para que me prestara un teléfono de línea para llamar a la compañía . Venía de un viaje largo y tuve que esperar más de una hora en solucionar y con la angustia de la incertidumbre.

Emplacement idéal dans le downtown.

Idéalement situé en face du kesya center. L’appartement se trouve dans l’immeuble belizer et non pas à côté du flow… la rue parallèle…. Ce qui est encore mieux. Plein de restaurants aux alentour et à 5 minutes de bayside. La piscine ainsi que les infrastructures sont top!!!! Le seul soucis est qu’il n’y a pas vraiment d’accueil…. Uniquement un concierge pas trop impliqué. Nous n’avons pas pu laisser en consignes nos bagages pour pouvoir profiter de notre dernière journée… vraiment dommage.

Average experience

Stayed there with my family for 4 nights. Building quality is pretty good overall and location is decent as well. However the apt is not well maintained. Firstly the apt wasnt fully cleaned when we checked in. There were long hair all over the bathroom and one bedroom floor. The beds were uncomfortable and very lightweight. Air-conditioning in one of the bedrooms didnt work. I called several times before someone picked up and acknowledged the complaint. They did send someone but the person couldnt figure out the reason. He just cleaned up the airducts. By the way airducts were very dirty as if no one cleaned them for a year. Checkin and checkout were smooth. The experience would be much better if people managing the property keep a close watch on maintenence and cleaning crew.

Great location, it was in the center of everything you can find. The cleaniness of the apartment not so much. Walls, switches, and bathroom were dirty. Our oven didn't work. The phone number that was provided for help was not helpful, couldn't get a hold of anyone.

Apartment style. Nice view. Clean. I will say the apartment smelled like fish and couldn’t get rid of the smell. Couldn’t find where it was coming from. 2nd bedroom didn’t have a tv.

Top ! Parfait ! Vue et infrastructures incroyable

Hôtel idéalement situé , difficile de faire mieux . Face au stade de basket et bayside vu magnifique ! L’appartement était grand et calme . Très très bien équipé . La propriété n’est pas super et il y a beaucoup de taches à droite et à gauche . En revanche il faut être honnête pour le prix ( environ 230 euros dans mon cas la nuit ) c’est imbattable ! Les infrastructures sont démentielles, piscine au 14e étage chauffée, barbecue , accès animaux , salle de sport bien fournis, immense jacuzzi et sauna . Salle de réunion et salon détente . Difficile de fière mieux ! Et c’est flambant neuf . En bas de la tour par contre peu de restaurant à par bayside où il y a un boubagump et un five guys … une petite supérette cvs au prix exorbitant, préfère le target et le Lidl à 4 blocs de la . Un Apple Store au pied de la tour le quartier est en développement. L’a ces au stade et aux transport est top , le parking a 30$ la journée est top aussi , a payer avec une application . Franchement nous sommes satisfait, le rapport qualité prix est vraiment top , pour le moment !
