The whole stay was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and with a great view , only thing that seemed to be a bit bothering us was smell coming from toilet , even tho it was all clean . Other then that beautifully spent week in the apartment.

Excellent stay. The customer support was fantastic (thank you, Lisa) and the location was perfect - walking distance or a very short Uber drive away from Bayside. The apartment was immaculate and the accommodations were great down to the linen/cotton sheets and the comfy bed. They were easy to contact and the price was great. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Apto muito bem localizado, com uma vista incrível da baía. Falta melhorar a limpeza dele. Chão sujo, embaixo das camas e do sofá é possível ver que não há limpeza. O microondas estava estragado. Solicitamos o reparo ou a troca. O anfitrião rapidamente respondeu, mas passados os 6 dias da nossa estadia ninguém foi arrumar.

Overall, we loved it. The view from the balcony was the best part for me. It was right among the action of the city and I loved it. The amenities in the building were terrific. The pool, the gym, the hot tub - we enjoyed all of it an took so many pictures. You can catch the free Metromover just outside the building, who h we did, or it’s a 10 minute ride to Bayside Marketpkace. And the Miami Heat play basically across the street. The apartment was clean, the beds were great as were the showers. The only cons were that the internet did not work well so there was no way to watch anything on tv and operating the elevator was a little challenging sometimes. Most of the people we encountered were residents of the building - most of them rather wealthy. We would definitely visit again.

I loved it! The apartment was clean and well put together. Beautiful city and ocean view! Nice size balcony. Has a working washer and dryer. Get your own detergent. They only had 1 small tide and no fabric softener. The building is beautiful but the carpet in the halls were dirty. Nothing to do with the host or apartment though. Full access to all amenities, Pool, club house and fitness center. Great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shopping including Bayside Marketplace. Walking distance to stadiums, parks, entertainment, and turn up. A short drive to the beach. The host was nice and informative, and the check-in/check-out process was easy. This is an apartment not a hotel. So, you have to be ok with taking out the trash and cleaning up after yourself. There is no turn down service. I like to feel like I live different places. So this was perfect for me. I felt right at home. The only reason I would give an overall 4 stars is because there were no wash cloths and no extra blanket. Maybe they can add this in the details so people know to bring their own. I usually bring my own bath items anyway. So just a note. Also, the sheets felt itchy. Perhaps the detergent they use. Overall a great stay and I will be back!
