I did not like the surrounding area where it is located. Not pleasant area to walk. A mechanic shop with old cars on the street. Trash, no green area at all. The fascility is nice but the neighborhood not.

Hôtel très calme en bordure de Bacalar. C'était très calme, ce qui était parfait car nous étions à Bacalar lors du Carnaval qui se déroulait dans le centre. Les chambres sont grandes et disposent d'un comptoir avec un évier, ce qui était très pratique en famille pour nettoyer des biberons ou faire des petits déjeuner rapides. La piscine est au centre et il n'y a jamais eu personne qui s'y est baigné lors de notre sejour, donc ce n'était pas bruyant. Les lits sont confortables bien qu'un peu petits pour 2. Il y a des rideaux occultants, ce qu'il n'y a pas partout au Mexique. On est à 5/7 mn du centre en voiture et c'est facile de se garer dans Bacalar.

El hotel es bonito, familiar. Habitaciones amplias pero no cuentan con un sistema de drenaje adecuado, huele mucho a drenaje, poca presión del agua. El lavabo un poco atascado, no bajaba bien el agua ni en el excusado o en el lavabo. Hubo una situación de ves bugs pero se solucionó de inmediato. El personal muy atento. Falta un frigobar y que te dejen más amenidades de limpieza.
