The reception guys, where absolutely pleasant when we arrived, and the new staff in the morning were helpful and nice. Breakfast was included and did not disappoint. Ot had the staples of a "breakfast included" situation, but the quality was great. Fresh fruit, warm potatoes, very clean really l waffle makers. The only thing I missed, was strong coffee. They had decaf and light roast. Overall, i would happily stay hear again for another dance competition.

From the time we arrived to when we left, our visit was great! The manager who checked us in was very welcoming and the next morning she was just as nice. The hotel is brand new and the bed was super comfortable!

We were charged triple the amount and when I called no one could help me. Looking forward to speaking with management about this. We traveled about 3 hours away so to have a couple hundred extra dollars taken from us and also while other bills are coming out is very inconvenient.
