Location convenient; motel run down, cleanliness not good, equipment and fixtures barely hanging in there. Overall not a pleasant experience, check in was surly, abrupt impolite demeanor, I would have left if I could have cancelled upon (delayed) check in.

When I checked in, I went to the first room they gave me. The bathroom sink was dirty in the bathroom tub was dirty. The counters were grimy. The bed had smears on the pillows and hair in it. I went back to the front counter and told him I was not going to stay in that room. They gave me a second room, which was only slightly better.

2 days before the check-in, the hotel called me to say they are cancelling the reservation because Expedia over booked their hotel. We had to cancel the trip itself because all other hotels were booked / overly expensive by then.
