Our stay at Cristalino Lagon Hotel was a very enjoyable experience. The Hotel Staff was amazing and got what ever we wanted immediately. The resturant was exceptional both in quality and service. The cleanliness in the rooms, the grounds, and property excelled. We were left believing people here really care about their guests.

This is one of the nicest small hotels we haved stayed at. The swimming in the lagoon was spectacular. The pool was refreshing. The food was very good. The staff throughout the whole hotel was excellent. There is a coffee maker in the room BUT they charge for the coffee pods. The only thing I would request is that the coffee is included in the price of the room. If you are looking for the best hotel on Lake Bacalar, look no further.

Excelente atención y servicio. Las instalaciones muy nuevas y en buen estado, vista espectaular a la laguna. La comida en el restaurante es de buena calidad pero un poco elevados los precios, existen otras opciones para comer muy cerca a precios mas accesibles. Si desean disfrutar de la laguna en catamaran, hay un muelle a solo 4 locales del hotel que ofrece esos servicios (Casa China).La atención de todo el personal es insuperable, los felicito sigan así. Volveremos a alojarnos pronto.

Tengan cuidado con este hotel. Terrible experiencia con el trato en este Hotel ya que con engaños nos robaron el dinero pagado por la estancia. Mi error, no haber leído la letra chiquita y llegue con un bebe de 1 año. Tenia reservadas dos habitaciones, en cuanto vieron al bebe, inició el mal trato, cortantes me dijeron que no aceptaban niños y que pidiera mi reembolso a Expedia, me retiraron el agua que me habían dado y me urgieron a irme. Tramite mi reembolso con Expedia y el hotel se negó a hacer la devolución de los 2,331.88 USD que pagué. No me regresaron un solo dólar, se robaron todo mi dinero.

Nuestro 30 aniversario. Solo el piso de la ducha se vuelve resbaloso , sugiero poner una agarredera dentro de ducha para seguridad del huésped, sin importar edad. Todo lo demás maravilloso.

El lugar es espectacular. Fuimos dos noches y realmente superó nuestras expectativas . El hotel es nuevo. La habitación estuvo muy bien. Pero lo mejor de todo es el emplazamiento sobre la laguna . Lo disfrutamos muchísimo. El restaurante, su chef Antonio y los chicos de servicio muy atentos y con calidez humana destacable. Gracias ❤️

What wonderful and pleasant location. Directly on the Lagoon and right next to Cenote Esmeralda. Restaurant serves excellent food and tasty drinks. Our room was wonderful. It was cleaned daily and turn down service was included. The staff greets you with genuine hospitality and are extremely helpful. The Centro (town) is only 1.6 miles away.
