We loved the fact breakfast wasn't included as we could make the most of a lie in ( bed was super comfortable). Properly was conveniently located in the centre of knutsford and our room was clean and modern, especially the bathroom. Parking was a problem when we arrived but that was due to the Christmas market. We moved the car to a car park later in the day which was a few minutes walk to the property.
