This apartment is in a superior location in a great neighborhood, near a park, with outstanding restaurants and convenient markets in and around the building. The furniture is beautiful, the apartment is clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The landlord was very proactive and responsive in communication. The place is clearly deserving of a stellar rating I highly recommend for you to stay here. A few tips for the landlord could help future guests; there are no paper towels which most guests don't usually plan on bringing or buying. There are two thermostats, one by the entrance and the other in the bedroom. The bedroom one was locked from control but fortunately dialing down the entrance unit to a cold temperature cooled the bedroom off and maintained it over night. Lastly, this may or may not have happened once but we stayed for 3 nights, left for 3 nights then came back for a second stay so I'm not sure if there was a guest in between our visits but the shower drain cover was clogged with hair.

Great Stay. Exceptional communication.

We had a slight problem that went on for a couple of days but the property manager was exceptional in continually trying to get things corrected. And she did. Outstanding communication and very quick reactions. Best ever. The apartment was great also. The entire Yoo Building is amazing.
