I was there in late August and it was very warm in Milan. The room was stifling when I arrived bec it takes a key in the electrical slot to turn on the electricity, and while the AC was slow in cooling it down, it maintained a comfortable temp. WiFi was good. I streamed some Netflix and held a Zoom. Shower was good. The area was very quiet but it was obvious many shops and stores were closed for August. But there were still a good number of options. After choosing items day prior, The breakfast was delivered to the room at the specified time.

Ugly room, pictures don’t match.

Pictures absolutely DO NOT match the property. That is irresponsible and unacceptable. The room looks terrible irl, run down, I’ve lived in 10€ hostels that looked better than this. Complicated check in process, rude property management who refused to even acknowledge that the pictures were different. They are delusional. Breakfast was very also poor. Avoid this place.

As the name says, it’s a B&B. It provides a comfy bed and a place to rest and a good daily breakfast. Check-in was quick, the guy was friendly and responsive to any question/concerns. Daily cleaning and new towels are provided. It seems the location is in good part of Milan with easy public transit access. The Duomo and other attractions are within walking distance if mobility is not an issue. If transit is required, there are 2 metro stations within 500 meters and much closer tram stops. We took the S9 tram line from and to Milan Centrale train station. Overall we were happy with the stay.

Good email instructions for how to get in. Manager met me at reception and showed me the ropes for after-hours access, very easy. No dining room, so you pick your breakfast from a menu (with many options) and they bring it to your room at a time that suits you. That’s service! Nice area, very walkable. Manager also provided a list of good restaurants and cocktail bars, both in the area and some further away. I tried a couple and was not disappointed.

This was a great place to stay at a reasonable price for the three nights I was visiting Milan and the surrounding area. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was very comfortable and clean. I've stayed in various apartments and BnB's in Italy before, so I can attest that this is a very nice one! I really appreciated the mini fridge that was stocked with drinks for purchase. I arrived much later at night than I had expected, and I was so grateful for the cold drink in my room so that I didn't have to go out in the dark on my first night there. The location made it very easier to catch buses, trams, and Metros (all use the same ticket system so I just purchased a 3-day pass) to see all the major sites in Milan. I am a single woman who has traveled alone in Italy before, and I felt very safe here.

Fake hotel façade pictures, no hot water so ice cold showers for two days with no resolution, breakfast had to be requested and would come short of items, shower leaked everywhere, coffee maker leaked everywhere, A/C leaked everywhere, our towels were used for cleaning leaks not our own showers, just ridiculous, owner rude and told us at 8 pm first day we had no hot water and it should get fixed next day. Never did and we had to freeze in ice cold shower again, all he said was ‘OOPS SORRY!’ No resolution. This is not a hotel, it is far from tourist attractions, it is a residential building in a common street and you have to go through some ridiculous rituals of codes and keys to get in after 5 pm, climb 2 floors of stairs, etc more like a B&B. The picture shown is NOT the hotel, it is some random picture, beware!

El dueño fue sumamente amable, nos atendió con calidez y profesionalismo. Comprenden el ingles y español. El desayuno abundante y delicioso, te lo traen al cuarto a la hora que tú eliges. Extremadamente limpio y moderno adentro. Tiene la parada Tricolore del Tram, bus y Metro a 2 minutos caminando. Fuimos caminando hasta el Duomo por 20 minutos cómodamente. Definitivamente lo mejor en Milán en precio, servicio, atencion y cercanía a todo. Supermercados a pasos. Hasta nos dieron una lista de recomendaciones para comer!

Fantastico Stay in Milano!

Really welcoming and lovely boutique guest house in a nice area near Piazza Tricolore 30 minute walk to Duomo Di Milano and shopping area. Would recommend eating on the canal side at Navigli too. Overall we loved Milan and its people!
