Our friends checked in the following day and they also paid for a family room, which was twice the size of our room. I tried to address it with the management and expedia, but I was ignored.

Upon entering the room I informed William the manager that the tv was not working in my room. He said he would have maintenance come to fix it. Waiting no one came. I had to leave to go to a concert. Upon my return to the room tv still wasn’t fixed and office was closed which made it a unpleasant stay.

I was annoyed with staff putting the onus on me to guard the parking lot from people parking illegally by placing cones when I left and also knocking on my door 15 minutes before check out reminding me of check out.
