We liked the service and politeness and willingness of the staff to help. We liked the breakfast the best. When we came, the hotel was being updated, and reconstruction was still going on (the project was behind schedule due to material shipment delays), but almost complete whence we leaving.

While the location & quality of the place was great, & this is why we came here previously & choose this hotel every year, this year 2 incidents might make us decide not to come again. First is we were lied to at check in that the room we booked, Expedia made a mistake about & did not inform them of our room selection so they will give us another room, as the one we selected isn’t available. After we insisted that Expedia doesn’t do that mistake & that we want the room he said he’ll see what he can do & came back 15 mins later saying he solved it, which means he wasn’t very honest in the beginning !! there are only 3 rooms from the type we booked, so I find it difficult to believe he didn’t know it was available ?? Second, on check out, we asked if we could check out late, the manager asked a staff member if our room (203) is reserved & without hesitation he said yes it, & apologised, we said ok & spent the day at the hotel beach, only to realise at departure at the end of the day, that the room was totally empty & hadn’t even been cleaned when we left that evening. So quite disappointed with the management & staff dishonesty. I recommend to the owner to find better people to manage the place as it’s a shame that in this day and age some hotel staff still behave that way.

Banyoda koku vs. yoktu.Odanın ses yalıtımı iyiydi.Odada buzdolabı cattle mevcut, internet yavaş,üç gün boyunca hiç oda temizliği yapılmadı. Sadece mekanın sağındaki berbat işletmenin müzikleri sabahtan başlıyor akşama kadar sizi rahatsız etmeye devam ediyor odanızda bile ibrahim erkal çaldığını duyabilirsiniz. Naxos’un en kötü şansı o yandaki mekan. Onun dışında iskelesi, yemekler, servis gayet iyiydi. Beytullah ve Melike’ye ilgileri için teşekkürler. Eylül ayında mutlaka ziyaret edin.

Genel olarak ege koyu, selimiye, guzel manzara bir aksam dinleniriz diye son aksam burayi tercih etmistik. Neden sevmedigimizi maddeler halinde aciklamak istiyorum. 1- Odaya giris ve cikis gercekten cok zordu bir cafenin icinden zar zor esyalari tasidik. Yaslica bir abi esya tasima gorevlisiydi. 2- Odaya girdigimizde tuvalet pis duruyordu. Bu en kotu durumlardan biri. Esime caktirmadan hizlica sildim ama gercekten cok ayip. 3- odada temel kettle cay kahve vs gibi seyler yok. Buzdolaplari cok eski, koydugumuz sulari asla sogutmadi. Tuvalette banyoda musluklar kirecliydi. 4-asagiya beachi kullanmak icin indik. Bize otel musterisi olmamiza ragmen yer ayirmamislar. Biz geldik diye baska birini kaldirip siz buraya gecebilirsiniz dediler bu durum da hos degil. Hem oradaki insana ayip hem de bizi baskasinin islak islak oturdugu mindere yonlendiriyorlar. Ayrica buradaki verdikleri havlular da komik cocuk havlusu gibi havlular verdiler. 5- cafe kisminda fiyatlar cok ucuk, kokteyler sulu. 6- isletmecisini rus musterilere yururken gorduk, bi baktik yalniz kizlarla tanismaya gitti meyve tabaklari falan ikram ediyorlar. 6- en kotu kismi burayi gece romantik takiliriz sabah erken kalkariz gun dogumunu izleriz diye tercih ettik ama gece 01:30a kadar bangir bangir turkce pop muzik vardi.sabahlari da yan dukkandan arabesk dinliyorsunuz.
