Room was located in a house in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in instructions were clear and accurate. Room is furnished with a nice size queen bed with TV, small desk, mini fridge and microwave. Private bathroom had a large shower. Plenty of closet space and remotes for the TV and lights/ceiling fan. Shampoo, body wash, and hand soap provided in pump bottles for the sink & shower. On the negative side, found a few hairs on the sink shelf, the sink faucet needs replacing as it sprays water back towards the water controls, the room needs a trash can, and drapes would accent the room decor. There was only 1 bath towel provided and no hand towels. Overall a nice place to stay and would be a 5 with a few improvements.

It was a beautiful house with patio and front garage. The kitchen, bathroom and living were clean and great odor. I locked myself and the agent was very attentive and helped me in a proper timely manner. I will definitely stay at ZenHomes again!

I really liked the idea of a hostile, but based on reviews, was expecting more. The bed was not comfortable for two people. You would both sink to the middle of the bed. Every time the other person moved, you felt it. There were blinds in the window, however, there was a solar light outside the bedroom which kept the room a glow at night. The bathroom was not very clean. A part of it was because it was a shared bathroom, however, there was old dirt as well. The bathroom needed a paint cleanup as they was either missing paint or black spots on the white walls. Washclothes were worn and had holes. Shower/tub was slick. Everyone’s stuff was in the shower. Roommates- rarely saw them and for the most part, everything was good. Walls seemed thin when they were watching TV or talking. Good things PRICE COMMUNICATION LAUNDRY FACILITY GOOD SIZE FRIDGE IN THE ROOM Once again, I like the idea of a hostile it just was needed a better bed, a more attention to the little things. tight. The area that this property was in was so peaceful and quiet, this was my favorite especially in the morning. There are was walkable and had necessary stores locally available. The host's responses were fast, professional, and straight to the point. The property was clean, easy to access and comfortable. I would book again and I highly recommend it for anyone's upcoming travel. I would say that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND having your own personal transportation if you're in the area for events as there is a minor distance from downtown areas , which may incur a higher than expected commute and shared ride app prices; just keep that in mind. My stay was an overall success.

Very nice room.

I was attending a conference so I didn't get to check in until later in the evening. So it took a little longer to find the house. I was able to use the code to open the front door as well as the door to my room. I would suggest putting room numbers on the 3 bedroom doors. There was another person from my conference staying there as well. Because there weren't any numbers on the bedroom doors we kept trying his code on all 3 bedrooms and it didn't seem to work. So he had to call for help and they helped him identify and get into his room. My room as well as the rest of the house was very clean. My bed was very comfortable. I am attending the same conference next year and will stay there again if it's not booked.

Perfect Stay for my Family!

ZenHomes in Brandon was perfect for our needs and a great stay for the price. It was convenient to everything in Brandon and very easy to get to Tampa and beyond. I liked having a parking spot very close to our private entrance. It was quiet and comfortable. My son loved the swing in front of the house and I loved the shower chair I could use in the walk in shower. I have physical disabilities and this was an added bonus. We used the fridge and microwave provided. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement would be to make sure the exterior light is working and replace the bedside lamp. It was broken and the exterior light was burnt out. Also, it would be good to wash off the entrance door occasionally, as there were bug eggs on the door frame. Otherwise, we had a good stay and will definitely use this rental again when I’m back in Brandon!

Room was great and set up pretty well. My only issue was the bed which was extremely hard, so hard I could barely sleep. Hopefully they will add a mattress topper as recommended to improve that aspect. Otherwise, a great bargain stay.
