Minimal parking, we had to fight with contractors parking large trucks. Hotel is right next to Edison bridge. Pool is next to bottom of bridge so its not very relaxing. Good location if you want to be near downtown. Front desk staff were very nice. Check in and out were quick. Rooms were clean and comfortable. TV channel selection is small compared to other hotels.

Cleaning was not every day and a couple of times asked for it to be made up but it never happened. Gym room was a little warm. But it was a great hotel in walking distance to downtown Fort Myers, and was great other than those couple of minor points. But it’s a great location to explore south west Florida which was why we had booked it, and its proximity to food and drinking venues within 10 minute walk

Upon check-in, the front desk agent didn't smile, didn’t acknowledge me, barely spoke. There were no other guests waiting. I literally had to say "hello" to get her to look up. Room was fine. Location is about a 10 to 12 minute walk to downtown. Breakfast was actually good with many options. Good value.
