This is not an hotel! It is a dormitory in a school for seamanship. It’s a 20€ taxi to the town. And 20€ back. Beds are dormitory level. One soap container in bathroom - take a handful to the shower and make it last. It is very clean, breakfast options are quite good. Expedia should be clear this is choice only if you have a car.

Ikke specielt hyggeligt hotel

VĂŠrelserne ligger i en bygning, hvor der ogsĂ„ er en sĂžfartsskole, og det er en meget industriel bygning med lange gange og metaldĂžre - ikke specielt hyggeligt. Om aftenen kan man som hotelgĂŠst kun komme op pĂ„ vĂŠrelset via trappen, idet elevatoren er aflĂ„st, nĂ„r skolen er lukket, hvilket er uheldigt, isĂŠr hvis man er gangbesvĂŠret. Billederne pĂ„ Hotels.com’s hjemmeside viser et mere idyllisk indtryk af hotellet, end det vi oplevede. Der var ikke noget havnemiljĂž hvor man kan sidde udenfor og spise og hygge sig. Der var en del stĂžj, som begynde kl 06:00 fra en lokal byggeplads.

Gutes Hotel in Rostock etwas abseits vom Zentrum, Zimmer in Ordnung, Bad mit Wanne ohne Duschvorhang und Armaturen in Duschhöhe. An der Rezeption schneller guter Checkin, FrĂŒhstĂŒcksauswahl okay, zu spĂ€terer Stunde ab 9 Uhr eingeschrĂ€nkte Auswahl. Lage am Wasser in der NĂ€he ein Supermarkt.

Es gibt viele ParkplĂ€tze vor dem Hotel. Wenn man jedoch ohne Auto on die Innenstadt möchte, fĂ€hrt Sa. und So. der Bus nicht und zur Bahnstation muss man ca. 17 Minuten laufen. Zu Fuß durchs Industriegebiet braucht man ca 35 Minuten zum Neptun Center und noch etwas lĂ€nger bis zum Hafen, CafĂ©s und GeschĂ€ften. Im Flur gibt es eine kleine Kleine KĂŒche, mit Wasserkocher, Toaster und Microwelle, sowie einen KĂŒhlschrank, zudem jedes Zimmer einen SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr ein eigenes Fach hat. Der Fahrstuhl wird am Wochenende und Feiertagen nur zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck freigegeben, sonst kommt man nur ĂŒber das Treppenhaus in die oberste Etage zu den Zimmern. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒcksbuffet war lecker und hat auch fĂŒr Veganer was dabei gehabt.

I have stayed at the Am Kai 334 a few times due to work, biggest mistake I made was informing my work colleagues how convenient it was to stay there and be able to walk to our work vessel on new change day, as they started to also book rooms, leaving me to search other alternatives. The rooms are immaculately clean, and have the best showers I have ever used. The staff are very helpful and resolve any queries you may have on booking a taxi, shopping areas, local restaurants etc etc. The area is so quiet I have the best sleep ever.
