The place was right in the city centre where we were able to walk to all the sights. But cute little side street so it was very quiet. Big room to accommodate us four without feeling cramped. Friendly staff, and unlimited coffee and biscuit bar. We will definitely return :) great value for money!

nice place and well located

nice place and well located. no staff onsite and all comms via email and whatsapp. no where to store luggage. rooms were nice but the pull out bed was broken (didnt raise as an issue) which was a bit uncomfortable for my kids. can also get quite noisy into the late hours.

Great location, odd room.

The hotel is in a great location for walking fun areas. Our room, although ok, looked nothing like the posted photos. We were on the ground level @ the back & our 3 small windows were half below street level so let in very little light. Since we were there in hot September that wasn't as depressing as it would be in winter. The bed was comfortable. There were a few nice amenities like soap, shampoo. Contact-less access was smooth. We'd probably stay there again but would definitely request a different room.

I’m not sure where to start. First, we loved the location—this property is on a fantastic street in Rome. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended for us. The air conditioning in the entire hotel was apparently “broken,” and our stay happened to fall during one of the hottest weeks of the summer. The rooms were sweltering and became completely unbearable. Despite the staff communicating promptly, there was no real resolution. We asked for fans or alternate accommodations, but nothing materialized. After a few nights of cold showers and trying to sleep in stifling heat, we had to leave early and book another hotel—Hotel Villa Pamphili, which was a dream by comparison. The hotel offered a small refund—about $9 per night on each $200 room (we had two)—which didn’t come close to offsetting the discomfort or the cost of booking a last-minute alternative. We weren’t the only ones who left early—other guests did too. Common areas, especially upstairs, were so hot you could barely breathe. We found ourselves sitting on the steps outside most evenings, just trying to cool off. Under different conditions, this could have been a decent stay. But in extreme heat, it was a major letdown and a disappointing start to our European vacation.

The location is fabulous -- close to all historic sites, and restaurants galore. However, probably not the fault of Mason Giulia, it is on a corner with a lane that is unlit and very dark at night. The lightning is insufficient, supposedly coming on when it senses persons. But it does not work most of the time.

Once you accept the fact that there is no staff at all, no one to answer questions or to help, for instance, with getting a cab, then this is a splendid place to stay. Perfect location, lovely room, clean and well appointed. I would not recommend it so highly for visitors who need help with Rome. And Rome requires a lot of help for anyone who has not been there very much, doesn't speak Italian, etc.

Posizione ottima a due passi da Campo dei Fiori, piazza Navona, Castel Sant'Angelo e Trastevere. Self check-in e check-out molto facile. Deposito bagagli e assistenza via whatsup molto efficiente e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Rispondono sempre, in meno di un minuto. Non viene servita la colazione, ma tè, caffè, fette biscottate e marmellatine sono presenti in camera e all'ingresso. Alcune camere sono ben tenute e comode, la 6b va ristrutturata un pò, ma è molto silenziosa, il letto è molto comodo e in bagno c'è tutto l'occorente. Le camere sono pulite. Il personale di servizio molto gentile e disponibile. Assolutamemte consigliato per soggiorni brevi.

Bra läge och bra säng. Ingen bemannad reception och lite omständig incheckning då vi inte fick kontakt med hotellet inför resan (berodde tydligen på att de inte hade vårt nummer?). Skicket på rummet var ojämt men definitivt ok i romeska mått.
