No staff at all. Bedroom bare of anything. AC so loud unable to sleep. Bathroom full of hundreds of red ants. Room on 3 rd floor with no lift and nobody to help carry luggage. . No one there at check in check out. I was abused by another guest with no one there to help

It's location was optimal,small bathroom, good sized room, towels, linen provided, ac worked, but not all of the amenities that we thought were on offer actually were available.

Very bad experience

I could not even enter the hotel cause they couls not provide the outer enterance door. They do not care and said to me to wait another customer to open the exterior outer door. So I stayed outside for over one hour till a customer came and opened the outer door. And i could not go to sightseeing cause i have no exterior door key and i trapped at the hotel and my one night burned out. Plus, the toilet is outside the room even it is private and price is too much due to the quality. Excluding very poor service, this hotel still could be a choice but definetely much more cheaper to this price

Not friendly. smells weird, mostly in the bathroom, a lot of humidity. We can heard everything in the corridor, and the others rooms. people snoring etc. last day a lady knock on our door to get out 20 before the requested time; not so nice. don’t recommended

This place is kind of tacky. The sheet for the double bed was a little small, there’s no trash bin in the bedroom, the room is small so no large enough to move around. One of the side light bulbs was missing. The bathroom is really small as well as the shower. We weren’t given hand towels and the bath towels were very old and even had holes. They really need to upgrade the premises in every way.

The aircondition didnt work; there was only a window in a closed patio so the air was really musty; there was a bad smell in the room; the towels also smelled musty and had many holes in them; the contact didn't speak a single word in english and the porter (if she was there at all) was a strange woman, who it was really hard to comunicate with, even though i speak a little bit of spanish.

Mala experiencia en la pensión Giraldilla

En la pensión Giraldilla no sé puede descansar y dormir tranquilamente, ya sea por los ruidos de la calle, o por los ruidos que hace una de las dueñas, que se pone a hablar hasta las 04:00 de la mañana con su pareja, en la semana que he estado ahí, he visto como 2 parejas se han quedado sin habitación que habían reservado y pagado con anterioridad, viéndose a ultima hora buscando habitación en otro sitio. Sevilla me ha encantado, pero no la he podido disfrutar del todo de ella debido al cansancio por las pocas horas de sueño, me da pena escribir este comentario, pero no quiero que nadie viva la experiencia que yo pasé, ánimo y espero que mejoren sus servicios, les deseo suerte.

Autant dormir sous un pont

Après un séjour correct il y a quelques années nous sommes retournés dans cet "pension". Expérience catastrophique. Chambre plus que vétuste. Fort odeur à tabac et humidité dans la chambre. Volet cassé, draps et oreiller sales, cafards, aucun personnel et des pensionnaires de longue durée comme seuls interlocuteurs. Nous sommes partis avant la fin de notre séjour.

Muy mala experiencia – no lo recomiendo Mi estancia en esta pensión fue muy desagradable. El baño estaba sucio, el lavamanos despegado de la pared y con mucha suciedad acumulada. El techo tenía grietas, zonas rotas y humedad visible. En general, el lugar estaba en condiciones inaceptables de higiene y mantenimiento. Fue tal el estado del alojamiento que decidí no pasar la noche allí. Solo dejé mis maletas por unas horas mientras encontraba otro lugar donde quedarme. No volvería ni lo recomendaría a nadie.

Pedimos duas camas de solteiro e nós foi dada cama de casal. Somos duas senhoras com dificuldades para dormir. Nos colocaram no terceiro andar, tivemos que subir escadas com malas pesadas pois não havia ninguém na recepção para ajudar. Tivemos de ligar duas vezes para pegar a chave do quarto, comunicação difícil. Não havia água no banheiro e um calor insuportável, sem ar condicionado. Havia o aparelho na parede mas não tinha o controle. Cheiro insuportável nas acomodações. Pagamos outro hotel. Não ficamos lá nenhuma noite. Há como nos ressarcir?

Please pay attention to ant extermination

1. Check in: I was a little disappointed because communication was not good during check-in. They sent me an email with instructions on how to enter the accommodation, but they only sent me an email in Spanish. It would have been better if they had sent me an email in English. Also, if they read the email quickly, it would have been more effective than a phone call, but I had a hard time because they didn't read the email I sent 1-2 hours ago. 2. Overall, the amenities are well-equipped for the price. However, there were a lot of small ants running around the bathroom and the entrance, and I was very scared that they would come up to the bed or get stuck in my luggage and take them on the plane or home. Please be sure to pay attention to ant extermination.
