The TV did not work, nor did the phone. The bathroom light would not turn off. The outlet behind the lamp, only one available for charging, came out of the wall. The bed was very comfy, so that’s a plus. Very dated rooms and could use some TLC. The lobby was nice and the bathrooms in the lobby were very nice, they need to carry that over to their rooms.

With assistance, yes, I easily found where to take the shuttle, Both shuttle drivers, night on 11/11/‘25, and morning, 11/12/‘25, were both courteous and effective. Staff at Suburban Studios hotel was excellent and people oriented — great! I overslept & missed breakfast. Excellent place to stay!

Horrible experience! We stayed here just overnight bc our flight got delayed so we needed something close to the airport, it was awful. Shuttle was unreliable. Staff was incompetent. I’m pretty sure they have one universal key for all the rooms, they original gave us an occupied room and opened it to people sleeping on the bed. Got scared-went back to front desk, then he gave us a “new” room… someone tried and succeeded to open our room at 5 am, if it wasn’t for the dead-bolt lock they would have entered our room while we were sleeping. DO NOT STAY HERE, extremely unsafe.

The beds were comfy, staff was friendly. Food atvthe restaurant was yummy and the drinks worked! If we need to stay again in SLC, we will stay here again.
