Pros Friendly staff: the two ladies working in the morning shifts were welcoming, attentive, and helped improve the atmosphere. And after raising concerns, one of them offered complimentary breakfast on the second night. Quiet environment: the room provided a peaceful night’s rest once settled. Basic amenities available: the room was equipped with essentials (bed, towels, bathroom facilities). Cons No staff present at reception upon arrival, leaving guests unsupported. Poor communication before arrival: no prior notice that check‑in was only via machine and card, despite request to pay in cash. Unpleasant arrival experience: forced to wait outside in the rain after an exhausting trip. Payment difficulties: inability to pay in cash caused unnecessary stress and delay. Some Cleanliness issues in the room: some hair found on sheets and pillow, towels not perfectly clean. Overall Impression The stay began with significant frustration due to lack of staff presence, poor communication, and cleanliness concerns. However, the hotel did make an effort to address the complaint by offering breakfast, and the morning staff’s friendliness helped restore some comfort. Locked out in the rain

Arrived late. Website tells you that check in is 24 hours. However the check in is done by a computer outside the hotel. I was stuck outside in the rain and told that my room wasn’t ready. I called the help desk and they took a long time trying to contact management to get it all resolved. At the end I gave the check in prompt a 1 star, and the agent on the other end who was still connected to the screen gave themselves a 3/5 star sneakily right before disconnecting and closing the window. The room itself was tiiiiiny and the toilet smelled of sewage. Front desk was friendly. Foyer was big and bright and clean looking.

Chambre à prix abordable dans le "centre" de la ville, plutôt du côté de Juan les Pins mais facilement accessible en voiture pour Antibes. A quelques minutes d'une grande rue et de la plage. Calme le soir. Borne de check-in à l'entrée de l'hôtel, facilitant les heures d'arrivées. Seul bémol : l'architecte qui a pensé à mettre les placards des agents hôteliers et du personnel de chambre, A CÔTÉ de la porte d'entrée des chambres...... Moi qui voulait prolonger mon check-out pour un peu plus de repos et une sieste.. J'ai été réveillé toutes les 5min par les claquements de portes de ces placards..... Merci

Hotellet skulle behöva en uppfräschning. Läget är bra, nära stranden men parkering saknas, inte lätt att hitta någon ledig p-plats nära hotellet, det blev 6-700 meter bort. Vi betalade ca 1200 per enkelrum i lågsäsong, inte prisvärt.
