Spacious, clean room, in our case with a barrier-free shower, with shower curtain. Shower holding 2 separate shower outlets. Comfortable, well balanced, ‘non-disturbing’ king bed mattresses. A/C with high wall outlets. Well adjustable. Plenty of parking spaces available. Fast operating elevators. Many corner rooms have a large balcony with a street- or a pool view. Nice, large sized pool with shoulder massage” waterfalls, well maintained lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas. We liked it for our 3 day stay in the Phoenix area

When i booked my room online the puctures showed that the room i was paying extra for had a nice balcony with a couple chairs and table and couch in the room. Then we get there. No couch. Balcony was about 2 foot wide no room for a chair at all. And theres like a power plant that makes a screeching noise all night long soujds somewhat like an f 16 getting ready for take off. So yeah. Not great

First 2 rooms they gave us were not cleaned. Then the 2 front desk clerks stood bickering about what to do. Took them forever to get the room situation resolved. Not friendly at all. Ended up not getting the type of room we needed. For the price of the room it was very small and needed updating. Empty Kleenex container. Toilet paper roll not convenient. Not your typical Hilton experience.

Love staying at this location. Great customer service and the rooms are great. Only thing that we notice this time was when we checked into our room. There was a sock left by the bed of our room and the bathroom could have been cleaner. There was toothpaste on the wall by the light switch and the bathroom door was dirty.
