I checked out within 30 minutes of checking in and advised I would be refunded however the following day they decided they would not refund the stay and instead charged me for the full stay in a room which still had dust and rubbish from seemingly 10 years ago. The hotel is in a great gay neighborhood. Bear Bars and Leather Bars within walking distance as well as Adult Stores and gay coffee shops and bookstores. The property itself is dated and could use a soft goods refresh but I enjoyed my stay. Great front desk team and good housekeeping service.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The rooms have seen better days- unfortunately you can see and smell it. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere between guests and staff is very familiar.
