What a cool and spooky Queen Anne. Owner is a sweetheart. Comfortable room and easy walk to Palafox. Great location at a great price. AC blows cold. Breakfast was good. My goth kid already knew about that house. We didn't see the 'woman in grey', but you can definitely feel the history in the place. Built by sea captain and former mayor of Pensacola, William Hazard Northup. Go and enjoy.

Just a couple blocks from the heart of Pensacola’s downtown district. Tasty delicious breakfast in a classic Victorian home. Some 135 years old, there are a few obvious things that could be updated. But overall stepping back in time is something special in this Bed & Breakfast.

The charm of this B&B starts when entering the front door. The owner is very friendly and charming. The bedroom was large with an attached bath and the room had plenty of windows. Very clean and the bathroom well supplied with towels and the bedroom with extra pillows and blankets. Breakfast was served with an assortment of fruit and plenty of coffee. It was enjoyable to sit on the front porch and watch the world go by. It is close to Seville Square and downtown Pensacola.

This amazing bed and breakfast feels like a step back in history from the 1940s era music playing in the living room to the amazing crystal glasses in the room and at breakfast to the gorgeous orginal features. Miss Betty is an amazing host. I can't wait to return.

F when we arrived the inn keeper greeted us like family. She walked us around the B&B and showed us the different areas of the beautiful home. She walked us up the beautiful staircase to our bedroom. The house was simply amazing. This was our first stay at a B&B. It won’t be our last.

I think for a Victorian-era B&B, it was just fine. Lots of decor signaling the era although some dust throughout. Barbee was very accommodating and made us feel welcome. The breakfasts were very well-prepared.

The architecture and antique furnishings of the old Victorian home are gorgeous. The guest bedrooms are all upstairs, our room was comfortable and private. Barbee was a lovely host. She met us when we first arrived, gave us a little tour and made us feel at home. She was thoughtful to ask in advance if we had any dietary restrictions for breakfast. She served us cheesy scrambled eggs, bacon, and a biscuit, all plated on a pretty old china dish. There was also a bowl of fresh cut fruit on the table that you served yourself. The pantry off the dining room had a fridge stocked with sodas, juice, milk and had cereal available. The location is great too. We never moved our car after check in. We walked to all the downtown attractions, farmers market, shows, restaurants, shops and nightlife. It was a perfect stay!
