The room was massive. Great decor and artwork, it really felt like staying in a palace! And the front-desk staff are exceptional, very friendly and responsive - they helped me with taxis. Cremona is a lovely little town.

Wonderful hospitality by Roberto Parolini. Always available for tips and advice with regard to Cremona. Very special experience to stay in a place that dates 600 years back.

Fantastic antique palazzo with extremely beautiful inner garden, rooms with huge original ceiling, antique furnishings, art pieces, and renovated amenities. The feeling of living in a fairytale is real there. 5min walk to Piazza del Duomo.

We stayed in the very comfortable, luxurious 14th century suite with touches of 21st century Italian high design. Roberto gives a wonderful tour covering the palazzo's many historical eras and innovative current uses. Highly recommended.

A luxurious way to stay

It was fabulous all around. It felt like a nice clean and luxurious home away from home. I think we have the most basic room and yet we had more than everything we needed. A lovely living room area, plenty of delicious coffee, tea, water, even complimentary biscuits and snacks. There was a fridge and nice robes and slippers. The only thing that was less than ideal was the shower because my husband is taller than most Italian showers but didn’t take away from an amazing stay and feeling while we were there.

まず最初に言っておきたいのですが古城ホテルなどの歴史的な建物をホテルとして使っている場合、もともとがとても古いので現代の快適な住環境とはかなり違うということを認識しておくべきということです。 今回の滞在はそういうことをふまえたうえで非常によかったです。 水周りも新しい設備にされていて使いやすかったですし、 スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でよかったです。 建物そのものが博物館級の素晴らしさだったので、もう少し堪能したかったくらいです。 もう少しいい季節にまた来れたらと思います。
