A true five-star hotel. This is a beautifully designed property staffed with kind and helpful professionals. We loved the Mansion suite - elegant furnishings and wallpaper, with a constantly refreshed "maxi-bar" full of treats. The Portrait Bar - open only to guests during the day - is a welcome respite while waiting for your room or taking a break from all the walking in the city. Especially high praise goes to the concierge, who was able to secure a reservation at one of NYC's notoriously most difficult-to-book restaurants. The chef personally welcomed us when we arrived! High-quality housekeeping visits 2x a day; timing was seamless with our comings-and goings.

The room was beautiful, the staff was great. I mentioned it was a birthday celebration and requested a bottle of champagne and they had it waiting in the room for us. The staff was very attentive and showed us around the hotel, even offered to help us with reservations at restaurants near by. The room was immaculate,you can tell a lot of time and effort was done with every piece of furniture in that room. The bar and restaurant on the premise were beautiful, unfortunately we had dinner reservations elsewhere, but we will be returning to try Cafe Carmellini!

Couldn’t have been lovelier. From the very beginning of walking through the front doors to 6 INCREDIBLE nights, everything was perfect! The Hotel is gorgeous; beautifully decorated, clean, cheery, amazing bar and restaurant and on and on. I can’t rave enough about our Christmas family vacation. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed! The hotel is impeccably clean, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
