Need money refunded

Well, let’s see the reservation was made and I checked in at 3 AM and they had no room for me. They gave my room away then they didn’t want to refund my money and they had no excuse for their poor service. I would I will not use hotels.com to book any more rooms ever again and the hotel is totally responsible for it and she gave me my money back.

Don’t stay here

I paid for the room via Hotels.com but was unable to stay there. When I arrived, there were drug deals and prostitution going on in the parking lot and right in front of the office! It was unsafe, with gang activities. I couldn't leave my car. The hotel refused to give me a refund. Nightmare.

The manager was a very nice person. However the breakfast was very limited. I only saw orange/apple juice, bread for toast, oatmeal. The TV channels was very limited. Very few channels. The floor in the room was dirty. The HVAC was hard to control. I turned it down a degree and was cold. Turned it up a degree was warm.

This is a terrible hotel. Room door was hard to open. We had no hot water for tub. It must have not been hooked up right as sink had very hot water. Bed was comfortable. They indicated breakfast but basically not with what they offered

Run down and falling apart.

The hotel is in a downtown, not so good neighborhood, and is rundown and falling apart. No maid service overnight, and homeless people living around the area.

BEWARE. This property is not what the pictures show. My daughter and I showed up to check in and didn't even get out of the car. The property was dirty and had homeless people in the parking lot. One man came up to our window with his hand out. So we left. I forfeited the $139.00 which was a ripoff, rather than stay there. I wouldn't stay there if it was only $50.00 a night. The property was not like the picture on Expedia, it has been painted a dark gray color.

Not again

No working tv. Broken windows. Doors and locks broken. No amenities such as tissues and coffee for coffeepot. Noisy permanent residents. Not clean. Told us we wouldnt be charged for unused days on reservation but we were. Owner should be ashamed. Should not be a days inn.
