Always have a nice quiet stay here. Check-in is online and easy, and entrance and room codes are included in your welcome email. You have the proprietor's mobile number should you need to speak to someone. I would say that cleaning needs to be more meticulous, and maintenance and upkeep of the facilities (roll holders, bathroom shelves etc) has to be more regular...

Room is not like the pictures. Pictures are edited to look much brighter. Bed is sloping and pillows are not great. If u want bear bones room where the walls are paper thin, this it. I even felt like it was too much honestly.

The room was lovely and clean and comfortable, we arrived and got a parking spot next to the hotel. Communication is excellent. Lighting on arrival so we could put the code into the building was fantastic. We were in the first room. It was modern with a lovely big bed, with a walk-in shower which is ideal for me as I struggle with mobility. It was a tiny step into the shower, about 2 centimetres high, which didn’t cause me any issues. The room had a big TV and settee, table, small wardrobe. We were very happy with our room. It was also only 10 minutes by taxi from the venue where we invited to a party the evening we were staying in Burnley, perfect place for us to stay.

You are just renting a room. No frills. It is clean and tidy. The parking beside the house is limited but plenty of street parking is available. There are a few options for food, within a 5 minute walk. Or a kitchen if you would like to cook. With an Aldi within a 2minute walk. Ideal if you just need somewhere to eat and sleep as your working near by.
