The place looks great in the photos, but the reality was disappointing. The building exterior had dirty windows and visible cracks. Inside, the room wasn’t clean, a torn pillow and long hairs in the carpet. Spa area: mold in the pool and humidity in the shower. To top it off, we were charged $7 for two Nespresso capsules in the room that seemed complimentary. Definitely not worth the price.
