Check in was easy, and staff was very quick and kind, but that’s where the positive things stop. Upon checking in, the room smelt like an ash tray, had holes in the carpet, holes in the comforter, missing a closet door, hair in the shower, dirty hand towels, missing bath towels (asked for some and was told they’re out). The room had graffiti crosses edged into the wall. There was some sort of dried liquid substance on the wall. It was gross and strange. If there were openings elsewhere, we would’ve left, but unfortunately everything was sold out. We even considered driving 6 hours home at 12am but decided to sleep a couple hours for our safety. Unfortunately, I highly recommend avoiding this establishment until they’re able to properly clean and repair the rooms. (NOTE: I had two rooms - both in the same condition)
