Lovely hotel in great location. Half an hour walk to all main sites. Easy access to public transportation too. Staff exceptionally friendly. Hotel has a lovely boutique feel. Rooms good size and very clean and comfortable

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and it was nice that they offered coffee and pastries 24/7. Amenities in the basement were amazing - gym, sauna and hammock resting area. The hotel is decorated very unique and kitschy. I would definitely stay here again and refer others to it.

Loved the hotel

We just returned from a stay at the Casati Hotel for five nights. Although there’s construction in the area we were not affected by any noise. The staff were great! They were friendly and very eager to provide information and suggestions (Big kudos to Adam for all his enthusiasm and knowledge). Breakfast was fantastic each morning with an anbundance of options.

This hotel was a smaller hotel that was very charming. Many of the rooms are centered around an arboretum type area. Breakfast was very good and the front desk lady we had was great and very helpful. Our only complaint is the room was a little too warm for sleeping. We requested a fan, but they didn't seem to have any. Otherwise, it was great.

The check in process was very warm and welcoming and this was maintained throughout our visit. Our initial room was on the first floor and due to its proximity to the kitchen it was quite noisy during the early hours. We highlighted this to Tunde who was at front of house and assisted and relocated us to a more suitable room despite the hotel being at capacity. She was extremely helpful and even wrote a personal note to apologise for any inconvenience. Breakfast was lovely as part of the stay with variety of foods each morning. Armilla was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is a fabulous location for all attractions and can easily walk everywhere. It is next to the Jewish quarters which is handy for restaurants and pubs. The rooms were spacious with good amenities. The bed was comfortable and they even have a pillow menu which was fabulous!!! Would definitely stay here again! Overall service was excellent!
