Terrible Hotel! Go somewhere else! The property was run down and falling apart. The shuttle for theme parks was once a day and the pick up was 3 hours after the park closed. The shuttle was the only reason we chose this hotel. The staff was so very rude, except the manager. The elevator broke 4 times. Jacuzzi didn't work. Property was filthy! trash in the halls and lobby. Refrigerator broke and no one fixed it for over 3 days, all of our food went bad. I would never recommend or go back. I feel this hotel put a damper on my vacation.

Upon entering very nice lobby. Only one attendant (5:00). No carts for luggage. Was told go to adjacent property for a cart, 8 withering the desk area and still no carts. Had to struggle to get our luggage up to the room. Or course our room was literally the end of 3 halls. Room was freezing do adjusted the temp. Our bed was just a mattress on a board, no box spring. Very LOW almost too low. Couple of plugs didn’t work and the phone was not working either. Mold in the ice bin. Dull knife. Glasses was stored upright should have been down. Bring a broom if you spill something in the kitchen. Next to I-4 so pretty noisy but not horrible unless a motorcycle goes flying by. Shower made a loud noises. After going out and returning room has a musty smell, I’m guessing since we turned the air down (read reviews that night and others mentioned the smell as well) because when we got there we left to check out grounds. Pool was beautiful and cold. Hot tub was a bummer not working. Pool towels were like dish towels in size. Gym and Basketball area were nice. Breakfast was yummy. Wish there was bacon. $27 a day for parking - absurd! 3 of 2 elevators worked. Thought there as only one at entrance until we got to the 5th floor and half way down each hall was an elevator. Check out.. found a broken cart during breakfast. It’s not enough to make us NOT return in the future but will definitely look at other hotels.

Achei a estrutura do hotel muito boa, porém há questões que precisam de atenção: o café da manhã muito diferente do que nós, brasileiros, estamos acostumados, não havia frios, bolos, nem frutas. Apenas um tipo de pão (de forma), donut e waffle. Pratos, talheres e copos, tudo descartável. Acabou que escolhi esse hotel por ter café da manhã, mas acabei tendo que comprar os itens no mercado e preparar no quarto. Deixou a desejar também em relação ao serviço de quarto, que ocorria dia sim, dia não. Estávamos em 4 pessoas, e só deixavam 2 toalhas, sempre tínhamos que pedir mais. Tampouco repunham itens de higiene, sabonete e até papel higiênico tivemos que ir atrás da funcionária pra buscar mais. Louça não lavam, só tiram o lixo se estiver cheio, se estiver pela metade eles não tiram. Pra terem ideia, encontramos uma cueca e um celular embaixo da cama, não sei quanto tempo estava perdido lá, daí já se duvida da qualidade da limpeza que executam no quarto entre um hóspede e outro. De pontos positivos, a localização, a 15 minutos dos parques Disney, o estacionamento gratuito, a lavanderia a custo de 7 dólares (lavar e secar), e o quarto amplo com cozinha completa, que permite preparar refeições.
