Hotel was clean and room was as advertised, but the place was severely understaffed. One person working for a Saturday night, and everyone swimming needed to stand in the same line as check ins just to get a pool towel, which just made the line that much longer. Unless you brought your own roll of quarters, they did not have laundry amenities, (which we severely needed) because a wash and a dry took 10 quarters, and the hotel does not make or have change.

This is the third time we’ve stayed with this hotel. This time the service was down. Our door looked like someone had broken into it. The tv only worked 1 out of our 5 days there. And do the 5 days we only had maid service 1 day. When we were told it would be every other day. It’s a safe area, lots of food choices, and normally we have great luck.

Stayed here 1 night passing through our way to West Virginia with 4 other couples. I room the toilet wasn’t working right and another room the TV didn’t work. The lady working the front desk was very helpful and put those couples in new rooms. The hotel was clean and conveniently located to a few restaurants that we were able walk to.
