There is no kitchen in this room. The elevator is out of order. The outer front door is very slow to open. There has been a construction crew running noisy power tools in the room above me ALL DAY LONG, and I am a day sleeper, as I work at night. Housekeeping has ignored the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door twice, and told me I need to be on meds when i complained about it. Front desk personnel are rude, dismissive and surly. Overall this is a crappy hotel, especially for $81 a night. i will complete this stay as my employer is paying for it, but i will make sure we never ever ever use this hotel again.

Booked and reserved a 1 king bed room. Paid in advance. When I got there, I was told that a 1 bed king was unavailable and had to settle for a 2 queen bed room. The layout of the 1 king bed rooms are way better and easily assemble to me. But otherwise it was nice.

Old building/furniture and it shows despite a recent paint job in our room. We were told they were changing to a La Quinta hotel soon. The staff barely acknowledged our presence upon entering. And at breakfast, the staff (of 2) at the counter talked personal business and gossiped with another person (who apparently was well-known to them) -- we walked up and we had to initiate the conversation for check-out because they didn't engage us without the interruption. They all gossiped loudly the entire time during our "breakfast". It was still early and the hot items had a few tablespoons of eggs and a couple sausage patties left. I told the counter staff and they said "the girl" was gone. That they themselves would make some sausage patties, but one said to the other that the process for making the eggs would require "stirring the eggs over and over and over", indicating that would take too long. This was said while I stood there. No apologies or ANYTHING. Needless to say, they never refilled the eggs or sausage. They didn't even say goodbye or safe travels on our way out! Really poor service from senior adult women who have forgotten what their job description entails and what customer service is. We won't be back.
