Overall I had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Old Street Station and close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops and transport links, which made it ideal for exploring London. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the basics you need. The staff were friendly and helpful, which added to the positive experience. I would recommend staying here

A fair amount of noise in the building and outside it. The check in was slightly uncomfortable as the space/reception felt more like a cupboard and the foyer was into a stairwell with no signage or clear instructions. I was glad that my colleagues were very understanding and definitely wouldn’t book again with work colleagues. One of our group lost her key card and was made to wait in her room for 20 minutes while they found a solution which seemed to be a big issue despite us paying an additional £20 for the lost key card as they ‘don’t have any extras’. The rooms were run down with stained bed sheets and faded towels and dirty curtains but in the most part the bathroom and kitchen were clean. Some plug sockets in the rooms didn’t work and some rooms didn’t have windows.
