We stayed in a small twin room, perfectly adequate for one night however the shower was absolutely minuscule. The hotel is located close to the station and amenities, they had a nice breakfast and the staff was very nice.

The Lillium is located at walking distance from the train station, which is a plus for any traveler. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous in all manners. A hearty breakfast buffet was included in the rate. When it comes to cost x benefit, this will be on my list of places to return to.

The hotel was clean, quiet and very conveniently located on a quiet street walking distance to the train station and to the duomo and Uffizi. The staff were very helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate an early check in and stored our bags after check out since our train was departing in the evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

Café da manhã bom! Recepção fecha cedo! Dificuldade de acesso à recepção. Disjuntor disparou quando usou secador e ficamos sem energia e a recepção já tinha fechado! As instalações do quarto não estavam conforme as fotos. Um pouco de enganação. Quarto não tão limpo. Banheiro pra tomar banho a área do box minúsculo! This was last minute reservation after my Airbnb has been canceled, wasn't expecting much, bul this hotel was a nice surprise. The room is updated with all the amenities that make your stay very comfortable.the breakfast was amazing and Eva the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly, highly recommend.

Great location if you are using the train station

We had a great stay for 1 night. Staff at reception both days were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was better than expected for the price we paid. It is a great location to explore the city without being in the middle of all the noisy parts of the city. Just around the corner from the train station which was brilliant. Hotel were happy to mind our luggage after we checked out and went exploring
