Great Value; Comfortable in a Good Location

The value for the money makes this a very good find. My room was a nice size and had windows that opened onto the street, which was nice. Towels cost extra, but considering the low price of the rooms and beds, I had no problem with that. The one thing I didn't love was that there was only one toilet in the shared bathroom for my entire floor, so if all rooms had been full there could have been a wait to use it. Overall, though, it's a good deal in a very good location.

Stayed here for a week and it suited me just fine. There’s a nice big fridge in the kitchen and it had the basic supplies. There was drinking water available in the kitchen and a towel supplied. The staff were lovely and a great location that was convenient. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes close by and only 10 minutes walk to the metro. I had a single room which had a comfortable twin bed, drawers for my things, a mirror and little lamp. It was mostly quiet except for a few times when people were chatting too late into the night in the common area but I just put ear plugs in and was fine. The only downside really is not enough toilets. There were 3 showers on the floor I was on but only 1 toilet and 1 sink. So sometimes I had to go to another floor if I couldn’t wait any longer. I would still stay there again. It was a great price and I enjoyed my week.

The staff is very kind and the room was fine. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them, which was not great to see. The bathroom upstairs does not have a functioning light, so using the bathroom at night is a mess. The shower area is always covered in people's hair and should be maintained better. There are no paper towels or hand towels for you to dry your hands with after washing them at the sink. This is a good value if you're okay with some discomfort. Again, the room was fine, but sleeping on stained sheets is not ideal. Staff was wonderful, but I would never stay here again.

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hostal. Desde el momento en que llegué, el ambiente fue muy agradable y acogedor. Las instalaciones están muy limpias, ordenadas y bien cuidadas, lo cual hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo ampliamente a cualquiera que busque un lugar cómodo, tranquilo y con un servicio de primera. El personal muy amable en esta ocasión nos atendió la chica Kari, encantado del servicio brindado.

Esta es la segunda vez que me hospedo y en ambas ha sido amable el personal. La primera vez que me hospedé la experiencia fue buena, y la persona de recepción fue muy atenta, explicó a detalle las reglas y todo estaba limpio, pero en esta segunda vez que me hospedé, no fue la misma experiencia. Encontré mucho cabello en el piso de mi habitación y el baño estaba un poco sucio.

La habitación no era la que yo había reservado, me dieron otra, al llegar se lo notifiqué a la chica que estaba en la recepción lo cual ella me comentó que estaba ocupada, siendo que yo había reservado con anticipación otra habitación, los baños están horribles, solo tienen una área para lavarse la cara o la boca y un solo baño lo cual complica la comodidad al menos tener otro baño estaría bien.
