Very nice hotel in the shinsekai area. Great room, comfortable bed with nice bedding & excellent daily breakfast. The shinsekai area has great variety of restaurant & activities, beautiful at night when all the neon lights are glowing.

If you're okay with a basic hotel then this is a great stay. Nothing special at all here compared to other hotels outside of the donuts in the afternoon evenings. Very simple western breakfast available. Staff are friendly and rooms are decent sized although like most hotels in Japan bathroom is small. I found it a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay here! The location was in such an awesome area which was buzzing day and night, but still felt safe. Only a 5-minute walk away from Metro stations making it very convenient to get around. The staff were amazing! We had a canceled flight out of Japan and the lovely lady at reception helped us to contact the Baggage Delivery service we used to ensure everything was sorted for our new flights. We did day trips to Nara & Kyoto from here and it was a very convenient area to base ourselves from. It did take about 45 minutes to get from Shin-Osaka bullet train to here, but was an easy route. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was good. Many restaurants around just steps away. Just that it charged me for an extra breakfast where i specifically stated that i have 2 adults and 2 kids with their exact age typed in the system while booking the room with an upgrade of free breakfast. I already paid extra breakfast for the booking and now i have to pay additional charge for breakfast. This is kinda rip-off.

A great home base for our brief stay in Osaka

Wonderful service at the hotel and a great location just a few minutes walk from the Midosuji line and a ~15-minute walk from Tennōji station for more local access. For ¥1100 per adult (~$7.44 as of Aug 2025), a delicious hot breakfast buffet can be included. There is a coin-op laundry facility on the 2nd floor with 2 washers and 1 dryer. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
