Very clean and well maintained. Staff were very helpful. Getting there is not easy. It is in a restricted zone and Google Maps will send you all over the complex roads to get there. Great place to stay in Arles. Staff still answered phone when front desk closed to let me in. Very grateful.

A gem

My daughter and I felt we had discovered a hidden gem. Hôtel du Musee is in a quiet lane just off the main shops and restaurants area of Arles so well placed for everything we planned. The hotel staff are friendly and knowledgeable; the rooms are clean and calm with really good air conditioning. Great breakfasts in a charming courtyard. Was exactly what we wanted for our week long stay.

The Hotel Du Musee has a great location in the Arles old town, which is car-restricted, and near restaurants where we wanted to eat. The staff was great, responsive, and amazingly helpful. We would stay there again.

This hotel is in a great location on a quiet street within walking distance of many of the sites in Arles . The rooms are well appointed and spotless. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. All in all, a great place to stay!

Great location to walk around the town. Clean tidy rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lovely courtyard to enjoy a leisurely breakfast. We parked at the free parking at the train station - although this was very crowded and took a couple of turns around to nab a space from someone leaving - and it was an easy walk along the river to the hotel.

Great hotel! The staff is welcoming and helpful. Loved the old building which gives it such charm. Bathrooms are remodeled and clean. Breakfast was a great start to our day. I will definitely stay here again! Are train was delayed to get to Barcelona and the staff helped us get a taxi to take us to Nimes so we could take our train! We would have missed our train otherwise.

Lovely family run hotel

Lovely, small family run hotel. Very nice breakfast, with good options, eggs, cheese & meats, yoghurt, cereals, breads and fruit. Not enough plugs in the room, but not an issue. I just unplugged a lamp when I wanted to use the hot water kettle.
